We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse. We may ask for photographic proof of the defect and an explanation of how it happened — we cannot accept a claim without a photo.

A representative replies by email within 24 hours during business hours. Claims take 3–5 days to process and 5–10 business days to ship. If the claim is approved as a manufacturer defect, HydroJug covers all shipping costs.

Free exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Regular returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery, with all shipping costs paid by the customer. Items must be in new condition with the tags still attached; anything that does not meet those terms is denied and disposed of.

Up to 5 business days to process once the return has been delivered to our warehouse.

Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 30 business days of delivery, in new and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging. Sleeves and accessories: within 30 business days, new/unused, original packaging. Supplements: within 30 days, unopened and unused.

Yes, but we do not provide a return label. If an order is sent back to us by the carrier as returned-to-sender, we issue store credit for a future purchase or a replacement.

All HydroJug water bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. Remove any silicone boot first, and hand-washing is always fine — we recommend it for select designs to preserve the finish. Never microwave or freeze any HydroJug product.

Some models are cold hydration only — the Sport 64oz, the Pro Jug 73oz and the plastic Shaker should never hold hot liquids, and no product should go in the freezer or microwave. Check the care guide for your model.
