i’m so unhappy. it got a scratch within a DAY, did not keep ice whatsoever and the customer service and delivery was like genuinely AWFUL. took almost 3 weeks for it to come and paid 1/3 of the bottle for shipping. ordered another, paid MORE than what the bottle cost for shipping.. £23… and it’s been a week and still nothing. genuinely appalled, complained about the leaking the ice melting and the scratches and all i received was a guide on refrigerating the bottle before putting ice in to keep ice for longer ?? then told to send them pictures of the logos to make sure the bottle is actually theirs rather than addressing my issue. is this a joke. spent 2 weeks now asking for a refund because i want to return it im so unhappy. and yet i’m still just being ignored.
